Namaste and welcome!


Practicing yoga has changed the way I live my life.  It has enriched the manner in which I walk and move, the way I interact with all people, the work and activities in which I am engaged, and how I perceive myself and the world around me.


The practice of yoga is an endless journey.  The physical practice has no boundaries; there are always new postures to work at or new takes on familiar poses.  The subtle aspects of the practice yield calmness, compassion and contentment that can profoundly impact each breath we take, word we speak, and emotion we cultivate.


Learning and teaching how to truly live in the present moment is a gift and a joy.  I’m honored to share this journey with you.
